Sport Air Filter Shield Saab SS/SC 2,8T V6

Opti Flow filter with shielding gives the engine cool intake air, a sporty intake sound and appearance in the engine compartment. The sport air filter has less resistance and also provides faster throttle response. The filter is of course cleanable and reusable.

The Opti Flow Filter consists of an open filter and a custom-made shield including all mounting hardware.

Opti Flow offers the following advantages:
- The lower resistance sport filter provides faster throttle response.
- Ensures that the engine receives "cold" and therefore more oxygen-rich air.
- Sporty intake sound that is especially noticeable during acceleration (also noticeable in the cabin.)
- Sporty appearance in the engine compartment.
- Washable filter element (cotton fibres)

The shielding plate is made from stainless steel and powder coated in black.

It is important to follow the care instructions for the Sport Air Filter.
It should be washed and oiled at least every 1000-1500 metric miles, depending on the season and type of roads.
