MAD Air Suspension – Comfort and control for your Volkswagen

MAD air suspension is in most cases designed to work together with the car's original rear suspension. The system is perfect for those who want to be able to adjust the hardness of their suspension themselves and adapt the car to different driving situations.

Different types of air suspension

• Manual filling – fill the bellows via an external air source to the desired pressure.
• With compressor and pressure gauge – adjust the pressure directly from the car's interior, even while driving.
• Full Air Suspension – compensates for the car's original suspension and automatically adjusts the load level.

Advantages of MAD air suspension

• Better driving experience both loaded and unloaded.
• Raisable and lowerable rear axle when higher ground clearance is needed.
• Increased comfort and safety in all driving conditions.
• Individual adjustment of right/left bellows – practical for uneven loads.
• Can handle higher loads than steel springs, but for constant heavy loads, Heavy-Duty steel springs may be a better option.

Recommendation

For best results, we recommend installation together with a compressor. This allows you to easily adjust the pressure at the touch of a button in the cab, while avoiding the risk of too high or too low pressure in the bellows.
