4300 Kelvin is a normal color temperature on Xenon originals. It is whiter than halogene but more between yellow and white shine on color temperature scale
6000 Kelvin is the color temperature that most of our LED lamps has. It is a white shine.
8000 Kelvin is a bit up on the scale and when light has gone over to blue shine.
