Wastegate 50mm Complete kit

Powerful 50 mm external wastegate with a stylish finish for stable and repeatable boost pressure even during hard driving. The housing has the same clamping diameter at the diaphragm and weld flange (94 mm), which makes installation and servicing easy. Comes complete with weld flanges, clamping rings, and extra spring – ready to be built into your system.

• Max Ø over diaphragm: 94 mm (same Ø at weld flange, same clamp used)

• 1/8” → 8 mm pneumatic hose (hard hose): A1-9-2F2

Technical tip

Final boost pressure is affected by exhaust back pressure, turbine layout, and wastegate location. Therefore, spring selection should be tested in the car—blowing open with compressed air does not give the correct values. Lower exhaust back pressure tends to give higher boost pressure and vice versa.
